• We only receive reservation via official WhatsApp Chat number directly or through form in Wanawatu website for arrival time 11am – 6pm.
• Our hotline is available from 10am – 8pm.
• It’s recommended to book 2-3 days before arrival date for Table Reservation Guarantee.
• We apply minimum purchase as down payment deposit IDR 100k/person and IDR 75k/child (6-12 y.o.). No minimum purchase for children under 6 y.o.
• Down payment deposit max to be paid 24 hour after invoice date.
• We are using A la Carte system. If the final bill less than minimum purchase, the remaining deposit can’t be refunded, and if the final bill more than minimum purchase, the excess can be pay on the spot through cashier.
• No Pet Allowed
• No external food & beverages allowed, or it will be charged IDR 50k/item. Exclusion for baby meals.
• We have 60 minutes late limit from the reservation schedule. If there is no confirmation, then the table can be used by other guests.
• Down payment deposit are non refundable for absence / cancellation.
• Reservation can be re-scheduled by confirming at least 2 days before arrival date.
